Our refund and return policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since receipt of your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from returns.
For handicraft products such as unique original paintings 1/1 it is not possible to refund after receipt of the goods unless it is damaged!
As for the paints, to get a refund, you must contact and send photographic proof that the product is damaged or defective within 15 days, and the refund will be made after the return of the goods.
In fact, it is always advisable to check the packaging if damaged, request to collect it with reserve because in this case the refund cannot be applied, for other unspecified cases, after the detection of a possible problem with the product, just contact us via our info page and with your order number you will receive assistance in 24h.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return the purchase to the manufacturer.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund has been approved or denied.

If you’re approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you still haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account again.

Items on sale

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged.



Shipping and Returns

The cost of shipping does not include any customs duties, therefore if you refuse to receive the goods and they will be abandoned, the order will not be refunded

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you can vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
